I would check to see who her doctors take first. Several plans will reduce Medicare’s premium close to if not 100%. Other ones have nearly all zero copays down the board.
If she’s ok with HMO and her doctors take it, I’d look at Humana HMO gold, Careplus carefree, Medica (UHC) and if PPO is needed I would look at Aetna.
