TKruger, even though you addressed it YAgents, I took the liberty of reading the article too. What's most incredible to me is that the $2.8 Billion taxpayer dollars identified in the O.I.G. audit were just Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr 2014 payments! Imagine how many more Billions have been, and are being sent out every month since April of 2014.

If I'm not mistaken, once the consumer elects to take APTC, it is the consumers responsibility to notify the market place of changes to income, family size, etc. If they don't report it properly or complete a new determination with each carrier app then they may run into this problem.
