I'm happy to answer my own question. Had an agent use their training and she passed her licensing on the first try. The questions did mirror the state exam.
pete i took the 40 hr class and passed on my first try, the content in the class was pretty close to the actual test, maybe one section of the acutal test did not mirror the actual course work
