Agent of record change after client provided income info

My health sherpa account shows 2 of my clients' agent of record being "other party" after they provided proof of income recently, has anybody noticed similar problems? are the agents at marketplace replacing AOR when they manually review or process the income info? how to deal with this situation or prevent it from happening?

I haven't found the relationship between the two (docs due, aor stripped). And there is no way to prevent it. I think computer bots may be doing it, happened to 2 long term clients that were stolen, both famies of 4, both with bright health, and agent swears he did not steal them and has no idea how it happened.

What matters is if its in your carrier book of biz and u are paid commissions
