I'm negotiating to purchase an indépendant agency in Jax. Can anyone working in the market give me feedback.

Who are the major leaders in home and auto insurance for price competitiveness. What are the pros and cons of the market. What is the best area of the city to concentrate my marketing efforts etc.

Extremely soft market right now in Florida. I have heard Olympus, Security First and Sawgrass were giving rate away rate up there. Not sure about auto.

I can ask you what multiplier you are paying if you don't mind?
