Ive recently been hired by New York Life and am waiting for my license to be approved or denied by the state of Indiana. Im really nervous concerning the background check. In 2000 I got a DUI, 2002 a PI, 2007 a conversion charge which is a A misd for driving my brothers car with his roomates license plates on the back which I had no knowledge of, and a PI in 2008. I have papers showing they are closed. I hate that my past ways of partying has come back to haunt me. I have become married and a man of GOD and have stayed out of any trouble whatsoever. Im just very nervous and wanting to know if anyone has any insights on my approval and denial. If denied will i have a chance to get a probational license with a hearing so I can explain myself
