What do you mean they work like a payroll company. The UW did mention no audits because of the way they write, but I didnt have a chance to ask for clarification.

They'll explain everything to you and the client after you get the formal quote.
But they handle the insured's fica, fuca, wc, epli, and mail the employees their checks.
Some clients love it, some hate it.
