But is this a real question? Did the condition or symptoms exist PRIOR to the insurance being in place?
Well its hypothetical and not a real situation but was curious. I understand it is pre-existing prior to coverage being in place. What im asking though is that if they are born with something do they still fall into the same category as somebody who lets say neglected their health and result of doing so end up with diabetes or a stroke. The situations seem a little different.
