I looked at your post history.

You're too new to ask those questions. Highest commissions is meaningless if you don't know how to sell them and properly integrate them in a retirement strategy, or even just a simple capital transfer.

Your question should be: Where and who will help me have the best training to understand annuities and sell them properly and ethically.

Get your training FIRST... THEN start looking for all that.
