Can a Insurance License Be Obtained with Retail Fraud Charge

I was charged with retail fraud because the person I was with put things in my bag she told them she did it but both were charged. I'm wanting to get my license for property/ causality in Michigan. Will I be denied?

Looks that way. Lying, cheating, stealing is the quick and dirty on it. The best answer would be obtained from the Michigan DOI, but I'd lean towards finding a new line of work.

That being said, you're saying it's just a charge. Wait for it to settle out, they'll ask about it, but the conviction is what matters.
