Carrier for Renter With Losses?

I have a client in WA that had two theft losses with prior carrier in 2013. Both about $1000 and a month apart. One of them was theft away from home (bicycle). Their current carrier is non-renewing them. Is there a carrier that will take a renters policy with this history? The carriers I have that wouldn't have a problem with losses don't do renters insurance, only homeowners.

Any suggestions?
