This thread just screams why to have a CRM and keep notes.

If the guy had cancelled and was unable to get his old policy back or a new one, that was all on the agent. Fortunately an email from the company saying approved is a great "get out of jail free" card.

Yes, I am going to try CSI or New Era if given the chance. Its NC so CSI is a bit more competitive but I do like how quick New Era is on decisions

I have not been able to reach him, Phone seems to be in constant state of busy signal and has not answered emails.

But I am no longer going to worry about it, I will do the best I can for him as much as he lets me.

Apart From that I have learned from my mistake
