I do not understand any of this. I wrote almost 100 on exchange and I have been paid on all but 2. Some I wrote through Health Sherpa and once I got the hang of all the plans, I went straight to the companies and wrote the customer.
Most of my plans are with Aetna and a handful with UH1.

Has anyone heard any new news on Highmarks commission issues? Senior and under 65?


We were finally paid on the new Highmark Blue Edge Dental. Commission is payable this month. We started selling the new product back in December 2014 and are only now getting paid for the first time. Major problem.

That's a Blue Cross company, right? No surprise there.

I've found that I have to spend at least one day per month reconciling commissions with most carriers. I'm not sure I've ever had a month where it's 100%.
