I understand that clusters give you ability to work with many small business divisions of carriers such as C.N.A., Travelers, Liberty, etc. Are there any good clusters that also gain you access to work with middle market divisions as well?
Right now I'm trying to find a market for a home healthcare stand-alone auto and stand-alone property. Not big, a little over 20 vehicles and less than $5M TIV. But I think the class of business is not a fit for any small biz division....
