Curious to see how folks are reconciling Commissions from Carrier Statements and keeping track of their monthly employee census ? How are you providing transparency to your non principal agents .. and holding the Carrier accountable to their commission rate ? We are using Excel Spreadsheets.. hoping folks have a more elegant solution.
