I am looking into the insurance industry and have made contact with Farmers, State Farm and Country Financial. Each have their own benefits and drawbacks, but I am leaning toward Country Financial.
They are smaller and more conservative as a company- both of which are appealing to me. But most of all they offer a base salary while you are building your book of business.
Can anyone speak to the benefits of Country Financial? Or is anyone a current or former agent? I'd love some feedback on the company. Thanks!
