I'm looking to start my own website to generate more leads. I'm kind of familiar with the process. Looking for a SEO guy to help pick my keywords. Is there any recommendations or companies anyone has used in the past that has worked good for them? Any information is greatly appreciated.

Conduct an online search for the Google Keyword Tool Box and click on Google Keyword Tool. You can easily find your own keywords and save yourself some money. Then if it doesn't work you can always pay someone to help you.
Just make sure you read up on rules and such. Google can and will ban your site if you break them.
