A woman found my site, completed an application for BCBSGA and submitted without ever talking to me or returning call.
The application was declined. Two bouts of cancer in the last 2 years.
Her husband was also declined but for no apparent reason.
I sent them an email offering to help both of them, and suggested we need to talk so I can find out why the husband was declined and offer suggestions.
Within minutes I got a return email. The lady said she did not need my help. She was applying through PCIP.org.
