I am looking for someone with experience to run my Florida agency - Commercial P&C. If you have worked at any of the big brokers or some type of company like them (B&B, AJG, Assured Partners, AON, ect...) let me know. I bought into a small book of business to get access down there but I am wanting to grow. Now is the time to act. Run in when everyone is running out. If you can increase the commission volume by only 50K/year I will give you 20% equity of my Florida based corporation instantly. Once we grow you will be responsible for growing a team and you will be CEO with CEO perks. I have a large book in my home state but I need someone who knows Florida. I would really like to go after habitational and commercial real estate but I am open to other niches and opportunities.
