As long as enrollments are not conducted in examination rooms and pharmacy counters it is legal in Florida.....is this Nationwide?

In Florida you can enroll people WHILE they're in the examination room and being examined.

I'm not aware of Nationwide being in the Med Supp/MAPD business.
