Excess Liability on Truck Insurance Assigned Risk

I wanted to know if there is a market out there for Excess Liability of $250k on $750k placed through Assigned Risk in CA for Auto Liability for Trucking. I used to write with Topa and Golden Bear but both of them are not writting it anymore.
