Experience with Travelers' National Sales Center Through Smart Choice Program.

I am curious as to what experience do the agents here have with Travelers' NSC. My personal experience has not been that great - main issue is quotes are slow coming. NSC also only offers limited markets to agencies through the smart choice program.

Has anybody had better luck?

Smartchoice program as been a joke. Takes forever to get any done by them. And smartchoice doesn't allow access to all products from the appointments.

Yeah my experience with all mga's is tough. The lag time is what killed me. It is so hard to service your clients.
