I have a client only one med sotalol for fast heartbeat, just to slow it down a little, She actually takes only half the minimum dosage cuts in half the pills as per doc

The question is it still an arrhythmia same as heart skipping a beat as far as ins companies are concerned or is there a chance she could get approval?

I am not a doctor but arrhythmia is defined as . . .

An arrhythmia is a problem with the rate or rhythm of the heartbeat. During an arrhythmia, the heart can beat too fast, too slowly, or with an irregular rhythm. When a heart beats too fast, the condition is called tachycardia. When a heart beats too slowly, the condition is called bradycardia.
