Good luck to your new venture! I am 4 years in the business and learn a lot from different perspectives in the forum comparing to info through captive company. I do believe you make the right decision to start captive and get the proper training. Hope you have a good management team to support you.

Congrats and welcome the forum guys. I started part-time working a full-time job to see if I wanted to make the switch and did. If you have the luxury of doing so it's great way to test the waters. You'll have to pull the trigger one way or the other at some time though... can't chase two rabbits and expect to catch one. Best of luck to you!
