I do not think you were understanding the content of the post. The special elections that everyone was selling we weren't being told to send in the proper paperwork. The glitch I was referring to was was them not asking for the special election paperwork.

It only worked for "everyone" if fraud was involved. If you answered the questions correctly, it only allowed those with valid SEP's. You best hope it doesn't come back to bite you with loss of license and fines.
