I know rates are low right now. What (quality) carriers have a decent rate on 3yr fixed product? I have an older client that has a little $ they want to grow for a few years before needing it...looking to beat the banks. North American has one at 2.25%... any other suggestions?

Ocean View is at 2.75% (A-) but in limited states. What state and age?

You're good in OR and they write up to 89. I"ll email you a spec sheet and a rate sheet so you can take a look.
