Do State Farm and Allstate usually send job offers in the mail? And how long does it usually take between interview and receiving an offer? Just curious.
I interviewed with a local agency, but was told that head office HR would be sending the offer. The local manager said he can't give an answer until the offer has been sent. I just don't know what "sent" means. I assumed it means postal mail...but maybe I'm wrong.
