Why don't you start marketing whole life conversions to all those term policyholders? Is your agency already doing that?

I've read your post and most of the responses. I don't know if anyone has suggested this to you but there is a way for you to make money in all 48 states without being P&C licensed in every state.

Agents pay money daily for bad internet leads, up to $12-$15 or more. Why don't you reach out to a P&C agent in each state and negotiate a referral fee for your better quality warm referrals. You could for example charge $20 for an auto referral and $40 for a home referral. For these rates you would have to issue some type of guarantee with the referrals but I would think just one agent in each state could result in a very lucrative situation for you. I would be interested in such an agreement!
