No short cuts. You want to be a super soldier, you have to spend a few years in the trenches. Diversify your product line up as much as possible. Check out as many lead sources as possible until you hit that sweet spot.

Who are you with ? Some suggestions may be things that you are limited by your current FMO. I thought I saw WFG mentioned.

I'm just interested in seeing what others in the industry are having success with as far as lead generation goes, services they pay for, ad campaigns that work, etc. I love where I'm at but would love it even more if I was able to add some secret sauce to expedite team building aka leads!

If you are at WFG, isn't that where new recruits are making a very low commission and can't invest in their business the same way others may. I believe that is why they teach them to go after family/friends as that is free,
