Are Insurance companies in NY obliged to send you an invoice or a reminder or any commmunication before they terminate your account for non-payment?
A payment I did didn't go through, I didn't realize it until I tried to pay the following month online. My balance indicated 0 the whole time and I had not received an invoice online or in the mail. No communication whatsoever.
