Kesimpta - B or D?

She says she self-administers. I found it on a Part B list online (on an Aetna MAPD document).

Anyone know if it's under Part B or D?

I know: rule of thumb if they self-admin it's usually D... but it seems like this might be an exception.

I checked a couple carriers in a random area and see it covered under part d with MAPD (Humana) but not covered for their PDP's.
