LPL Goes Downstream To Target $7 Trillion Middle Market

In theory the idea of hiring college graduates to go after the mass market/middle market sounds plausible. LPL may find though, as many career insurance companies have seen over the last 10 years, its hard to find many 24 years olds just out of college willing to do what it takes to build a clientelle and be successful in the investment/insurance/financial-planning world.

My biggest question with this article is who is going to train these newbies? It certainly won't be the independent LPL advisors.
