Just wanted to pick everyones brain on the topic of Maternity Insurance. Is this something that even exists? I have seen some sites offering it, but wanted to see what (or if) the demand on this form of insurance is. Thanks!

No, it does not exist. I am sure there is a high demand for the coverage, also for health insurance for those who have been recently diagnosed with a serious illness or those who need insurance to cover their current ambulance ride to the ER and possible hospital admission. Demand will rank on par with life insurance for those recently diagnosed with a terminal illness.

Maternity insurance would be like "second car insurance" where you pay a $40 copay and State Farm buys you another car.
