I know that some states are different. What is the rule regarding a person under 65 that received A and B 13 months ago and only selected A and B and a RX plan at the time but no Supp.

Does NC have the typical 6 month timeframe to get a Supp without underwritting?

Normal rules apply for U65 SUPPS

In Manhattan's UW Guide, they list the states they're required to give the 6 months and N. Carolina is one of them, but they're way past that 6 months.

They mention that applicants in the states not on the list would have to pass UW and maybe pay a higher premium, so try an underwritten one. Not many companies would offer a policy after the 6 months on U65.
