How can I check to see if my NPN is still associated with an 2016 application I put in early Nov.
Had a client say they called into the marketplace to ask a question about their current 2015 policy and upon doing so the marketplace rep said he qualified for more subsidy and made a change to the 2016 app. I want to check that my NPN I still there!
