SCOTUScare is correct. Did not the SCOTUS decide that penalties are taxes and the word " States " equals Federal Government.

Agreed. I believe once we go to single payer there won't be a need for any kind of "Medicare" supplement and agents who live on health insurance commissions will be out of business.
