www.examfx.com . I did 6, 63, 65, L&H and P&C using their online only. Studied for a couple days, no more, on each and passed all the first time. Just skimmed the online book, used it as a reference for the first couple tests and then kept retaking tests until I averaged over 70. Went the next day and tested. Took the 6 & 63 back to back and the 65 3 days later. L&H and P&C same deal.
