Humor for the day.. Spoke to a large ACA producer on Sunday who said he had the WTF moment of the year.. Customer called asking why his card did not work, after much back and forth ended up the customer said "...yeah, but when I went to walmart the card did not work, the paper work I got from you and Blue Cross said I had a $411 credit..." yeah, he thought they were GIVING him money and could not understand why he could not use his BCBS id card as a debit/ebt/credit card..
