Pay First Month Premium Not Working?!?!?

I have enrolled clients through Healthcare.gov and on the last page when I click on pay first month premium it will Not redirect me to Humana or any other carrier to make payments and choose doctors.....This happens 90% of the time. Has anyone had this issue and has a resolution for it? Oh and marketplace has no idea......

This has happened to us sporadically. We have alternative payment methods established with each carrier just in case this happens.

2. Buy dental through HC.gov

Insert middleman, you ask for trouble.

Humana allows payments for the 1st premium if you start on Agent Workbench.

Coventry's link to payments from Healthcare.gov is active, Aetna's isn't (go figure that one out).

UHC, when they were accepting business, had an active link to 1st payment

I don't write enough Cigna business to remember if theirs works

I just tell clients to wait for the bill and pay the premium online or by phone before the end of December and then follow up after December 15th, it worked for me last year and I'll do the same thing again.
