Exactly right, Sam. I feel like ProspectMatch could really improve their business model by channeling their damage-control efforts into something productive. They really do lack credibility when they not only threaten legal action against critics to shut them up (instead of responsibly addressing their concerns), but also try to marginalize any perspective they disagree with.

I really like the attorney claiming the letter was copyrighted so you couldn't post it anywhere. Always a clear indication of bad behavior and shadiness.
