Recruiting advice needed!

I'm thinking about trying out one of these recruiting firms, Hoops, in particular. Does anyone out there have any experience with using one of these firms? I'm also open to any recruiting advice. I'm currently running ads on craigslist and I have my assistant calling a list of agents. That has been a pain painstakingly slow process. Any advice is welcomed.

Why not contract with an IMO that givers you top commissions from day oner and then recruit a downline under you. Sure would beat starting at 60% -80% and then hoping to move up based upon recruiting and production.
