Abria, Albuterol, no oxygen, good follow up with pulmonologist

No other issues, still works, budget about 300-350 monthly. Any carriers? I normally would let this go except he told me up front his budget.

The FMO that I send my term to will shop cases for me before submission so I will know beforehand what to expect. Sometimes the offer is better than expected.
