I am suggesting you call Midland because they can be a bit different in how they want their paperwork. On the irrevocable wording.

If I was the Husband I would want to be the owner, she would be the payor and insured. Second option, is each I am the owner and payor and she is the insured. either way I am the owner and all notices come to me.

I agree. I was actually thinking the same thing when we met BUT it all sounded like the court just said "hey go get some life insurance" and B the husband isn't too smart. I mean in reality as agents we know this stuff. (insureds / owners)

First I will call Midland. Then I will see what needs to be done and just how accurately she wants to follow the decree. I'll throw it back in her court and be ready to help. I haven't submitted it yet as I was hoping you would chime in. Thanks! Interesting stuff to say the least.
