I would be careful about paying LD to analyze and scrutinize dental plans...

I mean, I think he'd do such a good job he'd talk himself into buying two more dental policies off of you and you'd need to worry about rebating.

Somarco is the person I have seen posting, whose posts suggest an in-depth knowledge of Weeds in Dental Plans of The United States. If you don't get other help, you might try a pm to him to see if he has any helpful suggestions for you.
