Shop and Compare Tool Down

Just told that the Shop and Compare tool is not working at the moment, in case anyone is quoting from that. Even worse, you can still use it, it just spits out the wrong numbers.

Finding that the Shop and Compare tool is showing different results than the actual enrollment portal when you complete the application, in some cases.

This particular case is an older couple- gentleman is 55, spouse is medicare aged. Shop and compare tool shows eligible for ES87 plan based on combined 24k in income. Actual result shows they are only eligible for ES73. Anyone have any potential reasons why this might come up?
