Some Agents Need to Do Their Homework

Unfortunately, it's not all the agent's fault. The carriers, for the most part, don't advertise these restrictions.

I disagree. It is all the agent's fault. They should study the policy language so they know what they are selling.. And, even if they are too lazy to read the policy, the exclusions and waiting periods are listed on the brochures. (At least that is the case in TN)
