I have a client whose Citizens policy is non-renewed due to the property exceeding the $700,000 dwelling coverage limit. I was wondering if there were any carriers that would provide coverage for a home in Broward County with a replacement cost that is over 700k. I checked a non-admitted carrier and their quote was three times the cost of Citizens if the property was in the 690s. Please advise. Thank you.
