Standardization = One Step Closer to Medicare for All

People think that just because they can buy online the decision making process need not be any more complex than a typical Amazon purchase.

Well, they are saying that on TV. Everything on TV is true, as we all know.

I was a mechanic when I was younger. I'd say about half of the people who decided to buy their own parts online and bring them in to be installed ended up getting the wrong thing.

Buying the right part from me (after wasting days waiting for shipping to arrive), and then starting the return process is pretty minor. Finding out you bought the wrong health plan and are now stuck until next year isn't such a minor problem.
