Universal HealthCare Claims

So...she had a mammogram in March, while still covered under Universal Healthcare PFFS. The claim never got paid and now this insurance company doesn't exist. No working number.

Has anyone helped a client resolve this same type of issue already?

Had a former client call me on a claim with Any plan just a few months ago.

They have to call the Florida Dept of Ins....they set up a claims div for that purpose. Information is in the letter they sent every policyholder.

Of course clients don't read those....they prefer to call you!!
