I fired a client recently, within the last few weeks.

I'm also getting ready to pass on a quote, too.

I pass on quotes all the time.

Just fired one yesterday. I always give them the 3 largest agencies that they can call upon (all of which I dislike). This way I don't just tell them to get lost, I nicely ask them to leave and provide them with an alternate solution.
